If you are an astute follower of my blog, you may have noticed a new page. I took my tiny disclaimer, and threw it out.

I wanted something that more represented my current online life-one that shows up everywhere, one with many hubs and outposts and passports and all that other jargon.

However, my blog was the only thing with a disclaimer.

I took the idea of a disclaimer, and expanded it. I re-wrote it to cover my online presence.

Working in social media led its own issues. I create content everywhere, for many different brands. Sometimes I am tweeting in an official capacity, sometime I am taking pictures for me, and sometimes its both. I had to somehow reflect this in my disclaimer.

What I came up with seemed like common sense to me in the end. It basically says that my content is all mine, the content for a brand is the brands, but all issues all still my fault. I think that in this digital age, it is usually easy to figure out who content belongs to, and even easier to get in contact with someone if you have issues with their content. This disclaimer just states that.

It is still a work in progress, and any input would be greatly appreciated. Also, feel free to steal it, modify it, do whatever you want to it-credit me if you like.
